A qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (Dip DEA), Gary is known for delivering accurate, reliable EPC services with a thorough and professional approach. He works closely with homeowners, landlords, estate agents, and property professionals to make the EPC process straightforward and stress-free.
Before entering the property sector, Gary worked internationally as a TEFL teacher in Russia, the Czech Republic, and India, developing the strong communication skills and people-focused approach that clients value today.
At A1 Home Inspectors, Gary is committed to providing a trusted, professional service that helps clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.

Originally from Berkshire, Richard is a Partner at A1 Home Inspectors, bringing a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for helping people.
Over the years, he has worked in a variety of customer-facing roles, including a customer service position connected to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and supporting the management of a successful 1960s female singing trio, who still tour today. These experiences helped shape his approachable, professional style and commitment to great service.
Richard is currently training to become a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), further strengthening his knowledge of energy efficiency and the EPC process.
He is committed to providing a straightforward, professional, and friendly experience, helping make the EPC process simple and stress-free.
