A1 Home Inspectors is committed to protecting customer information and maintaining appropriate data security standards.

We do not store, process, or transmit payment card account data. All payment card functions are fully outsourced to carefully selected third-party service providers that maintain compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

PCI DSS is a globally recognised security framework designed to protect cardholder information and reduce the risk of fraud during payment transactions. The standard sets out strict requirements for the secure handling of payment card data and is widely adopted throughout the payment industry.

By using PCI DSS compliant payment providers, we help ensure that customer payment information is handled securely and in accordance with industry best practice.

Customers should never send payment card details by email. Where card payments are accepted, payment information should only be submitted through the secure payment methods provided by our authorised payment partners.

If you have any questions regarding payments, payment security, or our payment processes, please contact our Accounts Team, who will be happy to assist.
