Over the years, he has worked in a variety of customer-facing roles, including a customer service position connected to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and supporting the management of a successful 1960s female singing trio, who still tour today. These experiences helped shape his approachable, professional style and commitment to great service.
Richard is currently training to become a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), further strengthening his knowledge of energy efficiency and the EPC process.

Surveyor, Dip CEABorn in the Solomon Islands and now based in North Somerset, Michael works part-time within the business and provides additional support during periods of annual leave, sickness absence, and increased demand, helping to ensure a consistent and reliable service for our clients.
As A1 Home Inspectors' Non-Domestic Energy Assessor and Legionella Risk Assessor, Michael provides professional assessments for commercial properties and residential landlords across the region.
Accredited through Elmhurst Energy Systems, Michael is committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and compliant assessments, helping clients meet their legal obligations and better understand their properties.
Outside of work, Michael is a keen badminton player and enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle.

Robins
Surveyor, Dip DEAErika Robins is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Home Energy Advisor with over three years of experience helping households improve energy efficiency and reduce energy costs.
She produces Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for homeowners, landlords, and property professionals, providing clear insights into property energy performance. Through her work with the Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) programme, Erika also supports vulnerable households with practical energy advice, energy-saving measures, and guidance on home improvements.
Friendly and approachable, Erika is passionate about helping people create warmer, more efficient homes while reducing energy costs.
Lorraine

Surveyor, Dip DEALorraine is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor with a wealth of customer service experience gained throughout a varied and rewarding career. Her professional background includes roles as a hairdresser, working within the NHS, and spending many years at Bristol Airport, alongside studying counselling.
These diverse experiences have helped Lorraine develop excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service. She takes pride in making clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the assessment process.
Outside of work, Lorraine enjoys spending quality time with her family and granddaughters. She also loves getting outdoors for long walks with the family's much-loved dogs, particularly Henry, who is always eager for the next adventure.

Surveyor, Dip DEAGeorge works part-time within the business, providing additional support during busy periods and helping to maintain a reliable service for our clients.
With over 11 years' experience in the housing sector, he is a qualified Property, Energy and Asbestos Surveyor with expertise in property inspections, energy assessments, retrofit advice and asbestos management. George is passionate about improving energy efficiency and supporting the UK's net zero ambitions, particularly within traditional buildings.
He holds a range of industry qualifications and accreditations, including CIH membership, Retrofit Assessor and Advisor qualifications, Historic England accreditation, ABBE Traditional Buildings qualification and TrustMark accreditation, enabling him to deliver clear, practical advice and high-quality outcomes for clients.
